THE PROCEDURES
 
LOI/ICPO (does not need bank probe permission)
Completed NCNDA/IMFPA + Buyer's Profile + Copy of Passport + Copy of Company Registration
Refinery will do buyer & company check
Refinery will send their documentation for client to fill in (one of which has to be filled in by Clients bank)
Completed Documents to be sent back to Refinery
Bank check done at this stage POF and POP
Contracts sent out
Contracts Agreed
Fuel release confirmed 
 
We only need ICPO or LOI without soft probe authorization..

We will confirm buyer's target price or match better offer. Pelease read the procedures..

Buyer need to fill out NCND/IMFPA when submit LOI to Gazprom (required).

Seller's mandate will not accept order without NCND/IMPA filled.

There are peoples in Gazprom process.. so do not expect to get big chunk of buyer's side commission..
 
Seller side commission is closed to Gazprom's peoples.
 
Buyer is responsible for paying commission.
